NEASA 2020 Annual Conference Postponement
In response to the COVID-19 situation, the council of the New England American Studies Association has decided to postpone its 2020 conference for one year. We regret having to make this change, but we do think it is the right decision under the circumstances.
Our goal is to reschedule the conference for summer 2021 and to keep the location in Cambridge, MA. Papers accepted for this year’s conference will be automatically invited to the rescheduled conference. If you are certain that you will not be able to attend next year, you are welcome to let us know. Otherwise, we will plan to follow up with each of you early next year with details about the conference date and registration.
The NEASA council hopes that our annual colloquium will take place as usual in the fall. The 2020 Lois P. Rudnick book prize will also be awarded as planned. Please keep an eye on your inboxes and on the NEASA website for details.
